Rajinder Singh A/L Uttam Singh
Graduated from University of Liverpool and was called to the Bar on 15th June 1999. He has worked with several law firms including Messrs Kumar Partnership (formerly known as Messrs Sri Ram), Messrs Manjit Singh Sachder and Messrs Azlinda and Agnes Chan before establishing Messrs Rajinder Singh and currently Messrs Rajinder & Goh. Mr. Rajinder has a wide expertise in civil and construction litigation as well as commercial dispute and partnership dispute. He also has experience in arbitration matters relating to contracts and construction laws since year 2008.

Josophine A/P Sawirnathan
Graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia and was called to the Bar on 22nd July 2016. Josophine completed her chambering at Messrs Rajinder & Goh before joining as a Legal Assistant. Josophine has experience in Employment & Administrative matters relating to unfair dismissal, Contracts of service and Industrial Relation. Josophine is Mr. Rajinder’s under study and assists Mr. Rajinder in Mr. Rajinder’s areas of practice.
Fong Foong Lan
Graduated with a degree in law from the University of London in 2017, and thereafter obtained the Malaysian Certificate in Legal Practice in 2019. She was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020. She has undergone her chambering for 9 months at Messrs Rajinder & Goh before joined as Legal Assistant. Her areas of practice include Conveyancing and Litigation.
